Canada Diamond Awards is dedicated to supporting young people within the community by providing training, mentoring, guidance and opportunities that promote personal growth, employability and long-term success. We recognise that many young people face social, economic and personal challenges that can affect their future prospects, and we are committed to helping them overcome these barriers through positive engagement and practical support.
Our goal is to create pathways that connect young people to education, employment, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship and community development opportunities. By working closely with employers, schools, training providers and community organisations, we aim to inspire confidence, encourage ambition and help young people make positive choices that lead
to brighter futures.
Canada Diamond Awards supports young people in building essential life and employability skills, accessing training opportunities and developing the confidence needed to thrive in their chosen career paths, businesses or educational journeys. Through mentoring, workshops and wraparound support services, we empower young people to reach their full potential and become active, responsible members of society.
Our mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where young people can grow, succeed and contribute positively to their communities. We are passionate about helping young people discover opportunities, develop their talents and build strong foundations for the future.
Canada Diamond Awards aims to achieve this through:
1. Strengthening Community Connections and Opportunities
We collaborate with local organisations, employers, educational institutions and community groups to increase access to opportunities for young people. Through advice, mentoring and support, we help young people explore career pathways, education options and personal development opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.
2. Inspiring Growth, Confidence and Positive Change
We support young people in overcoming life challenges by providing encouragement, mentoring
and meaningful engagement activities. Our programmes are designed to build confidence, improve self-esteem and help young people develop the skills and mindset needed for success in education, employment and everyday life. We also encourage understanding, inclusion and respect across the community by promoting positive relationships and equal opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds.
3. Promoting Fairness, Inclusion and Equal Access
Canada Diamond Awards believes every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed
regardless of their background or circumstances. Through workshops, coaching sessions, events and community initiatives, we promote equality, inclusion and active participation while helping young people feel valued and supported.

industries. Canada Diamond Awards delivers tailored employability programmes, enterprise training and
practical support services that equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed for
long-term success. We also support access to apprenticeships, vocational training and
employment opportunities while working with employers to invest in and nurture young talent.
5. Creating Brighter Futures Through Support and Opportunity
We work with employers, mentors and community partners to support young people who may
